Payment Policy: One Third down or $100.00 (whatever is larger) and remaining balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
Method of payment: MasterCard, Visa, personal check or money order.
Cancellation policy: $100.00 fee or 10 % of the reservation for all cancellations, Most of this fee is waived if you reschedule within one year of the cancellation. Cancellations must be received 60 days prior to stay to receive full refund of deposit. Cancellations received 30 days or less prior to stay do not receive a refund unless the cabin is rented to another party.
Sorry, No Smoking and No loud parties are allowed in the cabins. Some pets are allowed in some cabins.
